We’re a small, happy family with team based in Vancouver, Canada 🇨🇦 — brand created by little Giorina with help from her mommy and daddy! Together, we design handmade animal socks, cozy slippers, and self-love journals to spread smiles and positivity everywhere. We own the rights to all images, designs and videos on our website and make them ourselves! 🌸

2. What are your socks made of?
Our socks are crafted from premium cotton, wool and a touch of cashmere for ultimate comfort and warmth. Each pair features adorable 3D crochet animals with a snug, leg-hugging design. Handmade with love — no two pairs are alike, just like you! 🧶💖

3. What size are the socks?
We call them one size fits all but technically they are one size fits most. Most pre-teens to adults (ages 8+) — comfy for women’s sizes 5–11 and men’s 5–10. The socks measure 8.6 inches (L) x 9.8 inches (H) and have a stretchy, cozy fit for all-day wear. Here is a quick sizing reference chart🧦✨

5. Are socks handmade?
Yes! Every pair is handmade or made-to-order depending on the animal you want, ensuring beautiful quality and one-of-a-kind charm. That’s what makes them so special! 💕

6. Can I wear the socks outside?
Definitely — they’re perfect for indoor lounging and casual outdoor wear. Ideal for cozy nights, fall and winter seasons, or whenever you want extra comfort and warmth. ❄🌙

7. Do you charge tariffs or taxes?
Nope! 🎉 There are NO tariffs or taxes for most countries, including to the USA and Canada — all costs are prepaid and included in our pricing.

8. How long does shipping take?
Each pair of socks is handmade to order, which means it takes a little extra time (and love 💕) to get them just right! Orders are usually shipped within 3–5 days from time of order, and delivery times vary by country.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way. We typically estimate around 15-20 days total (production + delivery) from the time of purchase — though many orders arrive much sooner! Thank you for your patience — we promise they’ll be worth the wait! 📦💌
